Rebecca has been a producer of commercial and documentary films since 1996. Her cultural documentaries have been shown and utilized by educators, universities and organizations across the U.S. and abroad. For six years she produced documentary videos for the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians. The program, Four Directions and the Waganakising Odawa was broadcast on all Michigan PBA affiliate stations and has been offered as a satellite feed to national markets. Sean received his MFA in writing and poetics from Naropa Institute and his PhD in English from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is currently working on a collection of Novellas. An ardent fan of NPR's "This American Life" with host Ira Glass, Sean hopes to create his own radio shows on life in northern Michigan and inspire others to do the same.
Raechel has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in psychology and mathematics, a law degree from Ohio State, and a master’s in computer science from the University of Phoenix. She has worked for a number of organizations, including the Ohio State University College of Medicine, where she worked as a statistician and computer programmer analyzing research data; Highlights for Children, where she was a Director in Information Systems; and JP Morgan Chase, where she held several executive positions in technology and corporate audit.
Raechel also serves on the Boards of the Water and Air Team for Charlevoix (WATCH) and the executive board of the Charlevoix County Democratic Party. Phil grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan and attended Lakeview High School. He obtained his BA and MA in Education from Western Michigan University. He taught high school in Pennfield before heading overseas to teach in Turkey, France, and Germany. He was a school principal in the Department of Defense Dependents Schools in Germany for thirty two years before retiring in 1994. He settled in Charlevoix in 2004. His interests are singing, hiking, skiing, biking, reading and camping. He has one son and daughter-in-law and two grand children all of whom live in Hawaii.
Ann has an unusual depth of experience in Business Management, Marketing Sales and National Public Relations. She has worked in executive positions alongside Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 Company CEO's. Her positions included National Vice President of Marketing Public Relations for Star Line Corporation, Vice President of the Chicago Convention Visitors Bureau, Vice President of Blockbuster Cruises, Campaign Executive of the $15 Million Dollar ""Name a Seat" Campaign at the Broward Performing Arts Center in Fort Lauderdale.

She also served as a Board Member for the Friends of Kresge Art Museum and was developed their major Fundraiser, "Twilight in the Garden." This event garnered the support of celebrity alumni to help build a larger university museum, (BAM). Friends and BAM raised $1,000,000 dollars in donations from this fundraiser.

Molly Tate - Program Chair
Molly has been an active participant on community boards and nonprofit organizations for over 40 years. She has served as the program coordinator of Big Sisters of Midland and served on the State Board for March of Dimes. She has sat on the allocation committee for both the United Way of Midland County and the Children’s Trust Fund of Kent County. She was a Volunteer Coordinator of a Title 4 Program for elementary children at risk. Through the auspices of the Flushing United Methodist Church she implemented an after-school visual and performing arts program for youth and served as its program director for 6 years. She was also the Program Director for North Kent County Parenting Program, working with mothers of infants and preschoolers.
Molly has performed as a Christian Clown for nearly a decade and has attended the National Clown, Mime, Puppetry, Dance and Storytelling Workshops for 8 years. For four of these years she was the director of the children's program.
In addition to her service to Real People Media, Molly is Director of Prison Ministry and Restorative Justice for the West Michigan Conference of the United Methodist Church
