To encourage community participation and to teach youth about local history, culture and community events through the use of new media technology.  

RPM accomplishes this mission by providing training in media production, by providing access to production equipment, by serving as an educational and vocational resource, and by facilitating distribution of community productions locally, nationally and internationally. Find out more about us.

Documentary Site

Heather McIntosh's "Documentary Site" is a great resource for those who love documentaries or who produce them.  I'm often asked, "What makes a documentary different from another film?"   "Does it have to show all sides of an issue?"  "Can it take a position."  Heather addresses some of these issues and more in her post "How does a documentary get defined."   The site is full of other interesting facts and documentary reviews.  She even sites reading about me in a back issue of Northern Express in her blog!   Thanks Heather.
