Rebecca Glotfelty, Executive Director
Glotfelty has been a producer of commercial and documentary films since 1996. Her cultural documentaries have been shown and utilized by educators, universities and organizations across the U.S. and the globe. For the past six years, she has created documentaries in collaboration with the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians. The program, Four Directions and the Waganakising Odawa was recently broadcast on all Michigan PBA affiliate stations and has been offered as a satellite feed to national markets.
Glotfelty is currently working on her Masters in Fine Arts in Filmmaking through Maine Media College in Rockport, Maine.
Michael is a filmmaker and Professor of Sociology Professor at Northern Michigan University, in Marquette, MI. His education includes a doctorate from Michigan State University (1976), National Institute for Aging Post-Doctoral Scholar, University of Michigan (1977). For the last 30 years, Michael has been filming the ethnic and minority groups in Michigan's upper peninsula. Susan Odgers, Ph.D. ABD, Board Secretary
Susan is a counseling psychologist and university faculty member and a founding member of Alliance for Creative Thinking (ACT). She teaches psychology at Northwestern Michigan College and social work at Ferris State University. Besides teaching at Grand Valley State University in the liberal studies department and women and gender studies area, she also is an academic advisor for elementary and secondary education majors.
